Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Turmeric powder
  • ¼ cup Cinnamon powder + more to sprinkle on top
  • 2t ground Black Pepper
  • 1t ground Ginger powder (or a little more if you aren’t using the EO)
  • Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper
  • *optional Raw Honey to sweeten (1/4 – ½ t)
  • **optional 1 drop YL Ginger Essential Oil

Directions:

Combine all dry ingredients together and store in a sealed container to use another time.

Warm 1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk in a pot, add 2 teaspoons of the powdered mix to a mug, add warmed milk
**Add 1 drop YL Ginger EO and Raw Honey to sweeten.  Sprinkle Cinnamon on top and you can add a cinnamon stick to garnish if you like.
