Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation:
Blend liquid and greens together.
Add remaining ingredients and blend into first mixture.
