Ingredients:
- 2 stalks kale or romaine, stems discarded
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup water (or ½ cup nut or coconut milk)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation:
Blend greens, banana, mango, pineapple, coconut water, and water.
Then add the ice, and continue to blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
Optional additions: cinnamon, coconut meat, fresh papaya, or lime.
