- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 6-8 kale leaves, de-stemmed
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 1 2” piece of fresh gingerroot
- 1 head romaine lettuce
