Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grapefruit, quartered
  • 2 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 6-8 kale leaves, de-stemmed
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 1 2” piece of fresh gingerroot
  • 1 head romaine lettuce

Directions:
