Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 8 oz. almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon honey or 1 packet Stevia (optional)

Directions:

  • Heat almond milk and honey (if using) in a small pot.
  • Add matcha powder to cup.
  • When almond milk is hot, add about a ¼ cup to matcha and stir* to combine.
  • Add rest of the milk to cup.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
