These snacks are good enough to finish all by yourself. So invite a friend to share these with you!
Ingredients:
- Bunch of dinosaur kale leaves, destemmed Olive or coconut oil (room temperature to liquefy)
- Garlic powder Smoked paprika
- Sea salt
- *Shredded parmesan cheese *or Nutritional Yeast for a vegan option
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350line baking sheet with parchment paper Rinse and dry kale leaves, then tear into pieces Drizzle olive or coconut oil over kale and massage to coat leaves Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika and sea salt to season Spread leaves on parchment and add a little more seasoning for richer flavor (if desired) Bake for approx. 10-15 minutes, checking and turning periodically. The chips will dry out and get crispy. They can stay in the oven turned off to dry out if a few of the larger leaves are still wilted. Remove from the oven and I like to spritz a little oil on top to hold seasoning. Add cheese or Nutritional Yeast for a cheesy flavor if you desire.
