Ingredients:

        • 1 cup Almond Milk
        • 1 Cup Coconut water
        • 2 cups fresh spinach
        • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries/cranberry mix
        • 2 T hemp seeds
        • 1 T chia seeds
        • 1 T pumpkin seeds
        • 1 apple, cored
        • 2 Brazil nuts
        • 2 walnuts
        • 1 T almond butter
        • 1 scoop Green Food powder (*optional)
        • 1 t Maca powder (*optional)
        • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation

Blend liquids with greens and seeds.
Add apple and other ingredients and blend to combine.
