Ingredients:
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Coconut water
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries/cranberry mix
- 2 T hemp seeds
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T pumpkin seeds
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 Brazil nuts
- 2 walnuts
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 scoop Green Food powder (*optional)
- 1 t Maca powder (*optional)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation
Blend liquids with greens and seeds.
Add apple and other ingredients and blend to combine.
