This is the pumpkin pie without the guilt-drink up!
Ingredients:
Serves 2
- ¾ cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder*
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T pumpkin seeds
- 2 t cinnamon
- ½ t nutmeg
- ½ t pumpkin pie spice
- 1-2 dates, pitted
- * or 2 T hemp seeds
