This is the pumpkin pie without the guilt-drink up!

Ingredients:

Serves 2

  • ¾ cup pureed pumpkin
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder*
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 T pumpkin seeds
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • ½ t nutmeg
  • ½ t pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 dates, pitted
  • * or 2 T hemp seeds
