*Please note that these protein balls need to be made with gentleness as they do not have a binder. Freezing or putting in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour will help them firm up.
YIELDS 8-12 BALLS
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- 1 cup soft Medjool dates soaked for 1 hour
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- 1 drop of peppermint essential oil*
- 1/8 cup water
- Pinch of sea salt
*I prefer Young Living brand of essential oils.
