*Please note that these protein balls need to be made with gentleness as they do not have a binder. Freezing or putting in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour will help them firm up.  

 

YIELDS 8-12 BALLS

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup soft Medjool dates soaked for 1 hour
  • ½  cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • 1 drop of peppermint essential oil*
  • 1/8 cup water
  • Pinch of sea salt

*I prefer Young Living brand of essential oils.
