This is a refreshing and hydrating combination, and the mint makes it a soothing juice for digestion woes.

 

 

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 large Pears
  • 1 ½ large Cucumber
  • 1 bunch of fresh Mint
  • 2 heaping handfuls of fresh Spinach
  • Knob of fresh Ginger (1-2”)  *try to find organic ingredients

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a juicer and Enjoy!
