It is best to soak Chia seed before using them.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Almond Milk
- 2 T Almond Butter
- 1 T Chia Seeds
- 1 T Hemp Seeds
- ½ T Maca powder
- 1 t Bee Pollen
- 1 frozen Banana
- 2 t Cinnamon + more to sprinkle on top
- Ice Cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine. Add ice and blend until smooth. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve.
