Prep notes:
Have organic produce washed and cut/trimmed. Place produce bag inside of pulp container to make clean-up easier.

 

 Serves 2
Ingredients:
  • 6-8 large organic carrots
  • 3 large organic apples (at least 1 Granny Smith)
  • 1 lemon (peel the skin, leaving the white pith)
  • 1- thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger root (peeled)
  • 1-thumb-sized piece of fresh tumeric root (peeled)
Directions:

Put all ingredients in a juicer, mixing the fruits and vegetables.

Put ginger and tumeric in between carrots and apples.

When all ingredients have been juiced, mix the juice and pour half into a glass with ice.

Pour the other half into Mason Jar and close tightly to store in the refrigerator for same or next day.
