This Green Smoothie smells as good as it tastes. Fresh mint is one of the best sources of Antioxidants to add to your diet. Mint is used for digestive distress as well as for respiratory issues and is also good for pain.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Seed (other plain, vegetarian) Protein Powder
  • 1 T Spirulina
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Matcha Green Tea powder
  • 2 handfuls fresh Spinach
  • 1 bunch fresh Mint leaves
  • 1” piece fresh Ginger Root
  • ½ large or 1 small frozen Banana
  • Ice
