No nut milk in the house? No problem. This smoothie is made with coconut water but is still nice and creamy with a sweet, delicious flavor. Breakfast anyone?
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. coconut water
- 4 kale leaves
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 scoop green food powder
- 2 T hemp seeds
- 1 T chia seeds
- 2 Brazil nuts
- 1 T bee pollen (for topping)
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add bee pollen to top. Serve and Enjoy!
