No nut milk in the house? No problem. This smoothie is made with coconut water but is still nice and creamy with a sweet, delicious flavor. Breakfast anyone?

 

 

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. coconut water
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 scoop green food powder
  • 2 T hemp seeds
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 2 Brazil nuts
  • 1 T bee pollen (for topping)

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add bee pollen to top. Serve and Enjoy!
