I love this smoothie with homemade cashew milk but any nut milk will work also.

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups  cashew (or other nut) milk
  • ½ coconut water
  • 11/2 cup fresh kale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 T chia seeds (soaked)
  • 1 T Hemp Seeds
  • 1 T collagen powder
  • ½ T Sprirulina
  • Cinnamon (to sprinkle on top)

Directions:

Add chia to liquid to soak. Add greens to liquid to blend. Then add other ingredients and combine until creamy and well blended.
