Matcha Green Tea may be even healthier for you than a cup of coffee but still gives you the jolt to start your day energized! This smoothie is an excellent way to start an early morning off right!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 1/2-1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 English Cucumber
- 1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds (soaked)
- 1 tsp Spirulina
- 1-2 tsp Bee Pollen
- 4-5 Cubes of ice
Directions:
Add chia seeds to liquid in a blender and allow to soak while prepping other ingredients. Blend greens with liquid then add other ingredients and blend until combined and creamy
