It’s best to soak the Chia Seeds, at least while preparing the other ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1c Almond or Cashew Milk
- 1 c Coconut Water
- 2 handfuls organic Spinach
- 2 leaves of organic Kale (ribbed)
- 1 organic Granny Smith Apple, cored
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 T Chia Seeds
- 1-2 T Hemp Seeds * if desired, for added protein
- 1 t Maca powder *if desired
- 1 t Spirulina *if desired
Directions:
Pour liquids into blender and add greens. Then add apple and Hemp, Maca, Spirulina if you are incorporating these Superfoods. Add banana, Chia seeds and 4 ice cubes. Blend on “smoothie” setting if you have.
