It’s best to soak the Chia Seeds, at least while preparing the other ingredients.

Ingredients: 
  • 1c Almond or Cashew Milk
  • 1 c Coconut Water
  • 2 handfuls organic Spinach
  • 2 leaves of organic Kale (ribbed)
  • 1 organic Granny Smith Apple, cored
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 T Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 T Hemp Seeds * if desired, for added protein
  • 1 t Maca powder *if desired
  • 1 t Spirulina *if desired
Directions: 

Pour liquids into blender and add greens. Then add apple and Hemp, Maca, Spirulina if you are incorporating these Superfoods. Add banana, Chia seeds and 4 ice cubes. Blend on “smoothie” setting if you have.
