Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 6 kale leaves (or other dark leafy greens, stems removed)
  • ½ apple, cored
  • ½ pear, cored
  • 10 fresh (or frozen) large strawberries
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation:

Add liquid and greens first.

Combine other ingredients to the mix.
