wash lemon, cucumber and mint leaves (off the stem)

Ingredients: 

1/2 Large Organic Cucumber (I prefer the English/hot house kind), sliced
1 Organic Lemon, sliced
1 Bunch of Organic Mint Leaves

Directions: 

Add the ingredients to a glass pitcher, add purified water and let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours, overnight is best.

Serve and enjoy, with a slice of cucumber on the rim of the glass

Notes: 

You can refill the pitcher and re-use the produce for about 3 days. Change the mint leaves when they become brown.
