Ingredients:
- 6 large organic carrots
- 2-3 handfuls organic spinach
- 1 handful organic dandelion greens
- 1 organic cucumber
- 3 organic apples
- 1 large organic lemon – peel on
- 2-in. piece of peeled ginger root
- 1 piece of peeled tumeric root
* 1-2 leaves of Chard or Kale if desired
Directions:
Add all ingredients to Juicer. Add ice to glass and Enjoy.
Notes:
I think the ginger juices best when run through with greens.
I store the rest in a Mason Jar in the refrigerator for the next day.
