Ingredients: 
  • 6 large organic carrots
  • 2-3 handfuls organic spinach
  • 1 handful organic dandelion greens
  • 1 organic cucumber
  • 3 organic apples
  • 1 large organic lemon – peel on
  • 2-in. piece of peeled ginger root
  • 1 piece of peeled tumeric root

* 1-2 leaves of Chard or Kale if desired

Directions: 

Add all ingredients to Juicer. Add ice to glass and Enjoy.

Notes: 

I think the ginger juices best when run through with greens.

I store the rest in a Mason Jar in the refrigerator for the next day.
