Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 cups (handfuls) spinach
  • 5 dandelion leaves (no stems)
  • ½ large cucumber
  • 1-2 cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 -1  frozen banana
  • 1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder

Add-ins:

  • 1 scoop Matcha green tea powder
  • ½ T spirulina
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 T acai powder
  • Ice

Directions:

Add chia seeds to coconut water. Then add greens and blend. Add berries and add-ins and blend to combine. Add frozen banana and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
