Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup coconut water
- 2 cups (handfuls) spinach
- 5 dandelion leaves (no stems)
- ½ large cucumber
- 1-2 cups frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 -1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder
Add-ins:
- 1 scoop Matcha green tea powder
- ½ T spirulina
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T acai powder
- Ice
Directions:
Add chia seeds to coconut water. Then add greens and blend. Add berries and add-ins and blend to combine. Add frozen banana and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
