Topping this smoothie with bee pollen is a wonderful way to benefit from the 96 ingredients of this super food.  Besides helping to suppress appetite, bee pollen has been known to aid with weight loss, improve energy and reduce cholesterol!

 

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1-2 T almond butter
  • 1 t maca powder
  • 1 scoop green food powder
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 2 T hemp seeds
  • 1 T bee pollen (for topping)

Blend all ingredients except bee pollen.
Sprinkle bee pollen on top and enjoy!
