If you are starting your day with an early workout you may prefer to eat something after. I have some favorite smoothie recipes but this one is dee-lish if you are a chocolate lover!

 

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. non-dairy milk
  • 2T collagen powder
  • 1T cacao powder
  • 1-3 drops vanilla stevia
  • ½ frozen banana (optional)

Directions:

  • Add ingredients to blender, add ice, blend and enjoy.
