If you are starting your day with an early workout you may prefer to eat something after. I have some favorite smoothie recipes but this one is dee-lish if you are a chocolate lover!
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. non-dairy milk
- 2T collagen powder
- 1T cacao powder
- 1-3 drops vanilla stevia
- ½ frozen banana (optional)
Directions:
- Add ingredients to blender, add ice, blend and enjoy.
