This juice tastes like a delicious spice cake without the guilt or calories! Yum!


Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 3 apples
  • 6-8 large carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 1 piece turmeric
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 t cinnamon

Directions:

Juice first 6 ingredients

Pour in glass

Add chia seeds to glass and let sit approx. 2 minutes

Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Stir and Enjoy.
