This juice tastes like a delicious spice cake without the guilt or calories! Yum!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 3 apples
- 6-8 large carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 3 kale leaves
- 1 knob ginger
- 1 piece turmeric
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 t cinnamon
Directions:
Juice first 6 ingredients
Pour in glass
Add chia seeds to glass and let sit approx. 2 minutes
Sprinkle cinnamon on top
Stir and Enjoy.
