Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or kale or chard)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen wild blueberries work great)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation:

Blend liquid and greens together.

Add remaining ingredients and blend together with first mixture.
