Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh spinach (or kale or chard)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup blueberries (frozen wild blueberries work great)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 T chia seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation:
Blend liquid and greens together.
Add remaining ingredients and blend together with first mixture.
