Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh (or frozen) blackberries
- 1 cup coconut water (or unsweetened non-dairy milk)
- 1 T ground flax or chia seeds
- 2 c spinach
- ½ frozen banana
- 1/8 t cinnamon (for topping)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation:
Blend liquid with the greens.
Add other ingredients and blend well.
Sprinkle cinnamon on the top.
