Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh (or frozen) blackberries
  • 1 cup coconut water (or unsweetened non-dairy milk)
  • 1 T  ground flax or chia seeds
  • 2 c spinach
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1/8 t cinnamon (for topping)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation:

Blend liquid with the greens.

Add other ingredients and blend well.

Sprinkle cinnamon on the top.
