Ingredients:
- 1 cup Cashew or Almond Milk
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1-2 handfuls organic Spinach
- 1 cup organic Blueberries (fresh or frozen, can be mixed berries)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 T Chia Seeds
- 1/4 t. Cinnamon (more to taste)
- 1-2 pitted Dates (if they are in nut milk you do not need to add)
Directions:
Pour nut milk into blender. Add greens, then berries. Add Chia seeds and blend. Open top and add frozen banana, cinnamon and dates. Add ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
