Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425F.
  • Cut the avocado lengthwise into halves and remove the pit.
  • Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet.
  • Crack an egg into each half of the avocado.
  • Season with sea salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
