This yummy and simple breakfast or brunch makes a very impressive statement. Be sure to offer Sriracha hot sauce or Everything seeds to provide more flavor.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Cut the avocado lengthwise into halves and remove the pit.
- Place the avocado halves on a baking sheet.
- Crack an egg into each half of the avocado.
- Season with sea salt and pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
