This may be my husband’s favorite smoothie. Up until I created this new recipe we’ve had other similar but expensive versions at local smoothie shops.

 

 

 

Serves 2

 Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Almond Milk
  • 2 T Almond Butter
  • 2 T Hemp Seeds
  • 4-6 pitted Dates
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1 ½ Pumpkin Pie Spice (or more to taste)
  • 1 (small) frozen banana

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, add a handful of ice cubes and blend ‘til smooth and creamy.
