Ingredients:
- 1 c coconut water
- 1 c Almond milk
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 2 kale leaves (stems removed)
- 1 apple, cored
- ½-1 frozen banana
- 1 t Spirulina
- 2 T hemp seeds
- 4-5 ice cubes
Preparation:
Combine greens and liquid first. Then add other ingredients to combine. Add ice last for final blending.
