Ingredients:

  • 1 c coconut water
  • 1 c Almond milk
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 2 kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 1 apple, cored
  • ½-1 frozen banana
  • 1 t Spirulina
  • 2 T hemp seeds
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Preparation:

Combine greens and liquid first. Then add other ingredients to combine. Add ice last for final blending.
