Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 Brazil nuts
- 2 walnuts
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 T Hemp seeds
- 1 T chia seeds (soaked)
- 1 T pumpkin seeds
- 1 T almond butter
- 1 scoop Green Food Powder
- 1 t Maca
Directions:
Blend liquid and greens first. Then add other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
